Terms of Service

• Pay monthly from go-live — £297 a month for our Managed plan, no contract.

• Cancel any month — no lock-in, no exit fees; cancel and you keep a free one-page Free Visibility Page.

• Free preview first — you see a working site before you pay anything.

• Your content stays yours — we license it to host your site.

• Cooperation required — you must answer calls and respond to enquiries.

• Liability capped — at the fees you've paid us in the last 12 months.

GMTO provides The Full Stack Growth System — a fully managed lead generation system for UK trade businesses, paid monthly with no contract.

What's included:

• Custom website built for your trade and area

• SEO infrastructure (service pages, area pages, schema)

• Call tracking and attribution

• Google Business Profile integration

• Done-for-you setup, hosting, and maintenance

• Ongoing optimisation

Your only job: answer the phone.

We don't offer a standard free trial. Pricing is pay-monthly from go-live, with no contract (see Pricing).

At our discretion, we may agree a free trial for an individual client. If we do, the length and terms will be confirmed in writing (for example, in your go-live email or text message).

During an agreed trial, no card is taken unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

At the end of an agreed trial, billing starts automatically at the price agreed for your plan, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

GMTO is for business customers. These terms are intended to apply when you use the service for your trade or business.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Operate a legitimate trade business in the UK

• Have authority to bind your business to these terms

• Provide accurate registration information

• Hold valid certifications for your trade (e.g. Gas Safe, NICEIC)

• Keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Full Stack Growth System only works if you do your part. We generate enquiries — you convert them into jobs.

You agree to:

• Answer calls — during business hours, or return missed calls promptly

• Respond to enquiries — emails, form submissions, WhatsApp within 24 hours

• Provide accurate information — services offered, areas covered, certifications

• Maintain your certifications — Gas Safe, NICEIC, etc. must remain valid

• Keep us informed — notify us of service changes, holidays, capacity issues

Failure to cooperate: if you consistently fail to answer calls or respond to enquiries, we reserve the right to pause or terminate service. We can't prove the system works if you don't engage with the leads.

Managed — £297/month. We build, run and optimise your site for you.

Bespoke arrangements are priced as agreed with you in writing.

All prices in GBP, flat rate, no VAT added at checkout. Your rate is confirmed before go-live and billing starts from go-live — there is no free period unless we've agreed one with you in writing (see Discretionary Trials).

When billing starts: your first payment is due when your site goes live, unless we've agreed a trial with you in writing (see Discretionary Trials), in which case billing starts when that trial ends.

Payment method: monthly subscription via Stripe. When your site goes live we send you a secure payment link by text and email — no login needed.

Failed payments:

• Day 1-3: automatic retry (up to 3 attempts)

• Day 4: email notification sent

• Day 7: service suspended (site goes offline)

• Day 14: account marked for termination

• Day 30: data deleted

Reactivation: pay outstanding balance to restore service.

Price changes: we'll give 30 days' notice of price increases. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

No contract. Cancel any month. Cancel from your dashboard or email us. Your site stays live until the end of your current paid month.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for

• No refunds for partial months

• You have 30 days after cancellation to export data

• Any domain in your name — your own, or one we registered for you — is transferred or released at your choice (see Domains below)

After cancellation: your site is replaced with a free one-page Free Visibility Page — your phone number, reviews, services and a working contact form stay live — so you're never left with nothing.

During an agreed trial: if we've agreed a written trial for you, you can cancel at any point before it ends with no charge.

Ownership: you retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, business info, logos). By uploading, you grant us a licence to use it to deliver our services.

Accuracy: you're responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. This includes your certifications — don't claim Gas Safe registration if you're not registered.

Removal: we may remove content that violates these terms or UK law, with or without notice.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any UK laws or regulations

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Misrepresent credentials (fake Gas Safe, etc.)

• Engage in fraud or deception

• Post fake reviews or testimonials

• Advertise services you can't legally provide

• Harass, abuse, or threaten others

• Distribute malware or harmful code

Consequence: violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Your domain = your property: if you bring your own domain, you retain full ownership. We configure DNS to point to your GMTO site.

GMTO-registered domains: if we register a domain on your behalf, it's registered in your name. On cancellation, we'll transfer it to you or release it (your choice). Allow up to 14 days for transfer.

Subdomains: if your site uses a GMTO subdomain (yourname.getmytradeonline.co.uk), this remains our property and cannot be transferred.

GMTO retains ownership of our platform, templates, code, and technology. Your subscription grants you a licence to use these — not ownership.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform or templates.

We build your site with SEO best practices: proper structure, schema markup, page speed, mobile responsiveness. SEO results build over time and are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific ranking positions ("page 1", "#1 on Google")

• Exact traffic volumes

• Conversion rates or job bookings

• Results within any specific timeframe

Rankings depend on factors we don't control: your competition, Google's algorithm, your reviews, and how long your site has existed.

Our case studies show real results (744 phone clicks, 3-4x ROI), but every business is different.

Liability cap: our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Third-party service outages (Google, Stripe, etc.)

• Your failure to answer calls or respond to enquiries

• Data loss beyond our backup retention

What we cannot exclude (UK law):

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Any liability that cannot be excluded by law

We may terminate if you:

• Violate these terms

• Fail to pay (after grace period)

• Misrepresent your credentials

• Fail to cooperate (don't answer calls repeatedly)

• Engage in illegal activity

On termination:

• Site goes offline

• You have 30 days to request data export

• After 30 days, data is deleted

• Domain transfers handled within 14 days (if applicable)

• Governing Law — England and Wales

• Jurisdiction — courts of England and Wales

• Entire Agreement — these terms supersede previous agreements

• Severability — invalid clauses don't affect the rest

• Assignment — you can't transfer your account

• Changes — 30 days notice for material changes

**What you get.** A website for your business at an address of ours (yourname.gmto.co.uk), built from your public Google listing or what you tell us, with its enquiries sent to you. It costs £0: no card, no contract, no time limit.

**Before it goes live.** A person at GetMyTradeOnline checks that the business is yours before the site is published. We can decline, and we don't have to say why.

**How it's made.** The words and layout are written by our software from your Google listing and other public sources, and we improve them over time to bring you more enquiries. They can contain mistakes: check your site, and tell us anything that's wrong and we'll fix it. Your business details, reviews and photos stay yours (or their original owners'); you give us permission to show them on your site, and we'll remove anything you ask us to.

**No promises of results.** The free website is provided as it is. We don't guarantee it will always be online, appear in Google, or bring you enquiries.

**What's free and what isn't.** The free website lives on our address. Your own domain, a tracked phone number, managing your Google profile and other extras are paid, and we'll always say which is which before you pay anything.

**Taking it down.** You can ask us to take your site down, or to delete it and the details we hold about you, at any time. If someone else shows us the business is theirs, or the information is false or unlawful, we may take the site down without notice.

**Changes.** We may change or withdraw the free website at any time. We'll tell you by text where we can, and you can ask us for your content.
